Clone 115 sustainably farmed on 1.3 acre block hand harvested at 25 brix cold soaked for 3 days natural fermentation lasted 16 days then it was macerated on the skins for 30 more days aged 30 months in neutral French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered 120 cases produced.
